This Privacy Policy describes how Poket ("App", "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We collect the following types of information: a) Account Information: • Display name, email address (when signing in with Google/Apple) • Profile picture • Date of birth (if you provide it) b) Usage Information: • Photos and videos you take or edit in the App • Your settings and preferences (language, theme) c) Device Information: • Device type, operating system • Technical information necessary for the App to function

We use collected information to: • Provide and maintain the service • Improve and develop new features • Sync account data across devices • Provide technical support when needed • Send important service notifications (if applicable)

• Photos and videos you take are stored locally on your device. • Account information is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) with industry-standard encryption. • Profile pictures, Photo Space, and Scrapbook data are stored on Cloudflare R2 with industry-standard encryption. • We do not store your PhotoBooth and Locket Studio photos on our servers unless you explicitly pin them to your Photo Space or add them to your Scrapbook.

• When you connect your Locket account, login credentials are encrypted and stored securely on your device. • We do not store Locket passwords on our servers. • Photos and videos you post to Locket are sent directly to Locket Camera servers — we do not keep copies. • You can disconnect Locket at any time in Settings.

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except: • When you explicitly consent • When necessary to comply with the law • With service providers (Firebase/Google) to operate the App, under strict confidentiality agreements

The App requires the following permissions: • Camera: To take PhotoBooth and avatar photos • Photo Library: To save photos and select photos from library • Microphone: To record audio when filming Locket videos (you can disable this) You can manage these permissions in your device Settings at any time.

We apply industry-standard security measures: • Data encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS • Authentication through Firebase Authentication • Encryption of sensitive information (Locket accounts) on device • Strict access control for server-side data

You have the right to: • Access and view your personal information • Edit or update your account information • Delete your account and all associated data • Withdraw consent at any time by ceasing to use the App To delete your account, please go to Settings > Delete Account in the App.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you discover that we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately for deletion.

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. • Changes will be communicated through the App or website. • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
