Welcome to Poket ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

Poket is a photo-taking and editing application that provides features including: • PhotoBooth photography with various layouts • Photo editing with filters and effects • Photo storage and sharing • Locket integration for posting photos to Locket Camera • Studio for selecting and editing photos from your library • Photo Space to pin photos and interact with friends • Scrapbook to create digital photo diaries

• You may use the App as a guest or sign in with a Google/Apple account. • When signed in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

• The Poket App, including but not limited to source code, interface design, logo, and content, is the property of Poket. • Photos and content you create through the App remain your property. • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use content you upload in order to operate and improve the service. • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

• You are solely responsible for content you create, upload, or share through the App. • It is prohibited to use the App to create, store, or share content that violates the law, is pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties. • We reserve the right to remove any violating content without prior notice.

• The App integrates with Locket Camera. When using this feature, you must also comply with Locket Camera's terms of service. • We are not responsible for third-party services or content. • Locket login credentials are encrypted and stored securely on your device.

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. • We do not guarantee that the App will operate continuously, error-free, or with absolute security.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App or website. • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
